Well, we could finally succumbed to the heat and humidity and hit the pool. Rob took Robbie, Kirstin and Aidan to the Pocohantas State Park swimming pool. Poor Caleb wasn't able to go because of his cast so as a consolation prize I let him choose a toy at the dollar store and took him to Cold Stone for some ice cream. He then helped me do the week's grocery shopping. It got up to 100 degrees today so it was a good day for the water.
Robbie reports that he and Kirstin played quite a bit with Aidan in the swimming pool.
Kirstin and Robbie also tried the slides. What fun!
Robbie thought Aidan should try but Dad nixed that idea.
Aidan loves to play with his personal hero--Super Tisin. She knows how to have fun!
We are looking forward to next week when Robbie gets to start summer school. This year is special because it is the first time he will be having summer school at junior high. It is also the first time that his best friend, Ryan, will be there.

Fun!!! Summer is going to be long with out swimming. Glad you found some 'alternative' activities.
